About Therapy
Therapy is a validation of who you are.
For many people, the idea of seeking therapy can be intimidating, and they question whether or not they need therapy.
Therapy helps confirm that your thoughts and feelings are okay, but they can be better if viewed in a different light.
Through therapy, you can acknowledge what you are already doing and discover a way to make it even better.
Everyone wants to find joy in their life, and you deserve to find yours.
My life’s experiences can benefit you.
I have years of professional and personal life experiences, which have given me the insight to see the strengths of each couple as the path to their success.
Since each couple has unique needs, I tailor my therapy to those needs. I do not rely on a single therapy model or a “one size fits all” approach when I help couples find their reconnection path.
Helping you find answers is my goal.
When you work with me, you will find that I am an open, nonjudgmental, and mature therapist.
I will often refer to “walking through your door of fear.” This is a metaphor for finding your courage to take a deep breath and do something that is holding you back from finding your joy.
Walk with me to find your path to a happier life.
About Kathie Ray-Annis, LICSW, CRT, CMHP
Here is a bit about who I am.
As you might have read, 37% live in multigenerational homes. This is my husband, our youngest son’s family, and me.
Watching the Seahawks football team is a family affair with a tailgate party spread in our living room.
When football season is over, I enjoy taking our trailer (which is also used as guest accommodation at our home) to different camp sites.
Volunteering with various entities is my way of giving back to the community.
